Cremation habits in Florida, and what they mean for a hamster
In Florida, roughly 72.5%[1] of people are cremated, so most families already understand the difference between private and communal. For a rodent, that difference matters more than usual: a private cremation may return only a teaspoon of ash, while communal returns nothing at all but costs far less. Both are dignified.

Torpor, heatwaves and frozen ground in Ocala

Which nearby towns can I compare with Ocala?

Does the Ocala climate change what I should do first?

How long can I keep my rat or hamster before burial or cremation?

My vet near Ocala doesn't see rodents. What now?
