In Italy, cremation is chosen for only about 38.16%[1] of people, so you may need to ask your vet directly about cremation, because it isn't always offered first. For a hamster that's easy: most practices have an arrangement with a regional crematorium even if few clients use it. Ask how long ashes take and whether pocket pets go on their own tray.
